Not a difficult job at all -
They are right and left hand, so identify the new hinge, they are supplied closed - use a vice to open - or screw one flange to a board - they take a bit of weight to open.
Open the door, wind the window down, then mark the outline of both the hinge flanges where you can see them with a pencil - don't depend on paint marks.
Use a small stool, or stacked buckets or whatever to make a support to come close to the end of the open door, underneath. Doesn't actually have to support the door - the hinge still does that.
Organise a piece of padded packer about 40mm that will go on top of the door support stand. You'll use this to hold the bottom of the door slightly raised so the hinge can be removed from the door studs. 40mm is about the right height to release the hinge.
Slide some soft towel or similar in the gap between the bottom of the door and the front guard as protection.
Undo the hinge bolts and stud nuts - the door will stay pretty much in place.
Carefully lift the outer edge of the door using the open window frame, slide the padded 40mm packer in place on your support.
The hinge will come free.
Fit the new hinge onto the door studs, start the stud nuts and the inner bolts.
Remove the stand packer, lower the door, and the hinge will be pretty much in place - as you tighten, make sure the hinge is fitted on your pencil lines.
Remove the soft gap packing.
Finally carefully close and check the shut lines - they should be exactly as before.
No more popping.
The bottom inner bolts are awkward - no more than that.
Doable with a bit of patience and dexterity. Certainly not a nightmare - unless of course the bull at a gate technique takes over....
Our vehicle is quadralift - probably should have disabled it - but I didn't - but add that step for safety if doing the job on one so equipped.
Good luck
