Needed for rego: both rear tyres, Back passenger door driver side hinge needs welding.
To work on: uni joints for 4 wheel drive , areal motor, amp for radio, front door speakers, rear door struts. Oil pressure gauge- (though never has been an issue)
Electrics to work on: (OBD2) Back passenger door left window motor, Fuses for spotlights and interior lights.
Description: Colour forest green with strong bull bar, No cabin carpet, sun faded roof top, usual scuffs scratches to wheel arches and rear bumper. 95 engine,96 build, 97 model. spare wheel inside, some parts of trim coming lose, leather seats tearing.
Works completed/replaced/fixed over last 2 years: new battery, head lights motor, complete ignition system,harmonic balance, belts and hoses, water pump and hoses, starter motor, bearings main fan, front and rear suspension, sway arms and steering, rear axle (stock), rear drum brakes, front brake pads, transmission cooler heavy duty(for trucks) fuel system from tank to engine.
Maintenance: engine oil and filter every 5-6k, fuel filter every 15-18k, Transmission oil and filter every 20-24k (owned since 135k). Garage Mechanic full service every 10 months or so.
As you can read the motor/engine and all its bits have always been well maintained. The cosmetics however have not.
The drive: Start up never been an issue, there is a knocking when cold but soon disappears when running warm, gear change smooth, Acceleration power is good, braking is good, steering is good-holds well on bends and corners without any swaying, temperature runs at a constant 70 degrees or 95 degrees when stationary rarely does the second fan engage unless extremely hot weather at lights. I have never gassed the ac but works fine for heat, runs smooth and quiet, 380-460 kms per tank (380 inner city driving with trailer) Bumps in road are smooth.
