Default Repaired write off...run???

So this car I'm looking at....I've just done a revs check and it was in a collision last year and obviously repaired. Revs said it was repairable so that's where we're at now.

It does look good. I'm taking it for a drive in an hour.

So any comments from the gurus on here? Normally I'd run and hide, but I'm considering it still.

Thoughts? Comments?

So this is the one in the other thread I assume. Depends on what It had to get fixed I guess. Have a good look at it and make sure all repairs are done right and no dodgy looking work or anything.

Yeah I will. Just getting scared now. There's a Cherokee ( not grande) for about the same price in Canberra but I need one urgently. Stressing now!

If it was only say hail damage, it may be worth considering. Anything more, best leave it.

It doesn't take very much to write off a car. Sometimes a small bang can do it. As long as the chassis or engine weren't damaged etc, and the price is right, then consider. It will give you more bargaining power too. See if there are any pics of the damage?
