New Jeep KJ Cherokee Renegade

G'day all,

Jim here from sunny Darwin. Hoping there's some fellow Darwinites here too.

I previously owned an XJ and after having some fun upgrading it for touring before selling it to a friend supposedly so I could get out of off road driving for a while.

Well that lasted about 2 months and I'm now the proud owner of a really tidy 2006 Cherokee Renegade diesel with 117000 kms on the clock.

Plans are to set it up for camping and long range touring around Australia.
It's all stock apart from the nudge bar, tow bar and GME CB radio. So far I've just fitted some Bridgestone muddies and put a small order in at 4WDSupacentre for awning, lightbar, compressor, recovery gear and a few other bits and pieces.
Plenty of other additions to come including ARB bar and winch, fridge, 2" lift, tinted windows and more.

Took the Jeep out on it's first trip this week for an over night camp at Wangi Falls. Found some 4WD only tracks and the Jeep loved it.
