Well my parts finally arrived and I managed to assemble the case last night to test if everything works as it should. I must say that I am very impressed with this product and it certainly is a lot beefer and adds a couple of kilos to the overall weight of the transfer case. I'll be pulling it apart tonight to put sealant on all the flange faces and hopefully it will be back in the car by the end of day.

After installing the front driveshaft output bearing and seal.
I installed everything in the back section of to case to check if the chain was going to rub on my modifications.
Again the photo doesn't show it very well but there was planty of room.
This one was ok as well, you beauty!
