Interesting...... though I do also know a load of ppl who drive jeeps that are into the naughty stuff. So drugs have no barriers to what u drive. Just a shame if you drive a jeep your a wanker, but if you drive a hummer your a bigger wanker. Overcame the jeep thing, so now i have enough 'balls' to hopefully overcome the hummer thing.

SJB> I like the appearance of the car but yet to say I LOVE it. Though I like TJ's but i LOVED first seeing my purple TJ sitting there. I don't like the perception people have but unfortunately that is society and god bless small minded people. Each to their own.
I had trouble with blind spots and that is what i dislike the most. The one i test drove didnt have a reverse camera and if i cant park it without thinking im gonna hit something, i wont be buying it.
What's underneath doesnt realllly bother me much at all. I'm not buying it to mod like my TJ...i'm buying it to drive from A - B. If it gets me there easily enough, I'm happy with that.
I wouldn't mind converting it to gas. I would prefer if it came out in a diesel too. If i wanted something flash on the inside, I'd buy the X5 or the rangie we were looking at.

Are u still looking at buying one? Might have to have an ausjeepers trip to Hummer in Brisbane Lol Group discount.

Jeepgirl,

still undecided - my challenge is that I need something really good offroad but becuase of my job need something nice to drive around town and on trips, while being presentable for cheauffering customers and the company director when he flies into Brisvegas. I've thought of two cars but too hard and costly, and I don't have room at home.
Still might go for a diesel 4 door JK but have concerns about build quality.
