Diff's, FDCM (QDII is different to a QTII), left hand half shaft/axle and the wiring.
FDCM controls the Diff's, if you cot the parts from a wreak I see it as plausible.
I haven't done it but in my mind the only stumbling block would be if the pcm needs reprograming to say its a QDII, this may not be required if the FDCM is already QDII programed.
From memory my QDII diff's I purchased cost me $2,000 (delivered) and a FDCM around $200. Wiring is only 4 wires (2 front and 2 back to the FDCM).
If you get the diff's from a V8 you will also need a TCM from an American CRD as the ratios are different, CRD 3.55 and V8 3.73. America had 3.73 in both the CRD and V8's.
