IT was installed a supplied buy my local ARB joint and he happens to be a JEEP nut.
Its the MD kit, it was $1500, thats installed with a wheel alignment too.
That was a yr ago and 20,000ks and no issues

Go the MD unless you are going to have a constant load on all the time. i think he said something about 300 plus kg's you'd need the HD kit

I was very concerned the ride would be to hard, the guy assured me i wouldn't be disappointed and said they are firm but never harsh and he is so spot on, its firm and controlled and i have never found it harsh, handles really well i was supprised.

Yes it true that QD2 wasn't standard on S2 WH GC's. Another reason why I went for an S1, as it made the search easier.

How hard is it to upgrade from quadratrac to quadradrive in the WH, or is it not possible?

Diff's, FDCM (QDII is different to a QTII), left hand half shaft/axle and the wiring.

FDCM controls the Diff's, if you cot the parts from a wreak I see it as plausible. I haven't done it but in my mind the only stumbling block would be if the pcm needs reprograming to say its a QDII, this may not be required if the FDCM is already QDII programed.

From memory my QDII diff's I purchased cost me $2,000 (delivered) and a FDCM around $200. Wiring is only 4 wires (2 front and 2 back to the FDCM).

If you get the diff's from a V8 you will also need a TCM from an American CRD as the ratios are different, CRD 3.55 and V8 3.73. America had 3.73 in both the CRD and V8's.

Thanx, Clarky I might be in the market for a WH, once I sell my JK.
