Jeep Wrangler popping out of first gear.
The problem you are experiencing is caused by the internal shifter boot inside your centre console fouling/ preventing the gear shift lever from fully engaging first gear and causing it to pop out of gear on take off.Very common problem in manual Jeep Wranglers,and also very easy to fix from inside the jeep, with only the gear shift knob and the external gear shift boot needing to be removed to fix it.Plenty of you tube videos to show you how to fix it.Nothing wrong with your gearbox and no need to remove it to fix it.
Also,looks like Canadian Jeep dealers are just as clueless/useless as many Jeep dealers here in Australia.
