Default Idler pulley "bearing" replacement

I am wanting to replace the bearing only in the smooth idler pulley. Jeep part number 53010230 is for the complete unit.
I phoned a local bearing shop with the numbers on the bearing CG-425 559203 C4 L25, but they couldn't find it.
Any ideas? Sounds like it might be an odd size.
Thanks in advance.

When mine was on the way out I drove the Jeep into town and pulled it off in the street and took it into Noel comerfords in Wagga and got a replacement one, one for a commodore fits or they both do cost around $25 for both at the time

Just buy the unit from Repco.

Knock the bearing out & go to a bearing supply place, I got one for $10. You might need to find a shop with a knowledgeable fellow behind the counter. At BPT here in Toowoomba the bloke didn't even pick it up off the counter, just walked away for 15 seconds & dropped new one on the counter. $10 thanks. I think he's been doing it a while. The smooth pulleys I have here from both OBD1 and OBD2 Xj's (different diameters) both use a common 6203 bearing, I'd be surprised if they'd even cost $10....

Didn't know there was a difference with the different OBD's. Thanks for mentioning that. At the moment, I'm running two smooth pulleys. One from each OBD system.

$5 is better spent than $40

Only have the Jeep at the moment and the nearest bearing shop is 50km's away.

Not at the moment. It's the smooth idler, OBD2 and EP057 in the image above.
