Saturday 5th – Sunday 6th of October
Archer Falls Airfield - 1253 Neurum Road, Mount Archer QLD

Join us out at Archer Falls for an action-packed weekend of aircraft, classic cars, motorcycles, rides, live music and camping.

On Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th October, Wings of Life will be hosting it's annual Fly in / Drive in at Archer Falls to help raise money for the Royal Flying Doctor Service.

Date: Saturday 5th – Sunday 6th of October

Gates open: 7am Saturday & Sunday

Price:
- $10 per adult per day
- $5 per child per day (3 - 12)
- FREE (Under 3 years)

Weekend Passes $25 per adult
Family Pass $50 (2 Adults & up to 6 children)
(Passes include entry both days & camping Saturday night)

Entertainment

Ultralights - Warbirds - Aircraft Introductory Flights - Helicopter Adventure Flights - Model Aircraft - Classic Cars Motorcycles - Amusement Rides - Charity Auction Gala Dinner - Live Music - NOVA FORD Show ‘n’ Shine

Saturday Night Dinner

Option 1: Charity Auction Gala Dinner
$25.00 per person
Two course spit roast selection of beef, lamb, pork or chicken accompanied by a medley of vegetables drizzled with gravy followed by a dessert slice and cream with complimentary tea/coffee.
Guest Speaker, raffle draw, lucky draw plus the opportunity to bid at the charity auction

Option 2: Open Air Campfire
$10.00 per person
Hearty Beef Casserole & Crusty Roll followed by complimentary tea/coffee

Saturday Night

Following dinner, live music will continue until late for all visitors and campers to enjoy.
Licenced bar until 11:30pm

Camping
Adults $25.00 - includes camping Saturday night and event entry both days
Family $50.00 - include camping Saturday night and event entry both days

Early arrivales or late departures by prior arrangement only.
Extra nights camping available for $5.00 per adult or $10 per family

Campfires only permitted in approved campfire sites - firewood available for purchase on site - no unauthorised fires permitted
Vehicular access to set up and leave, no vehicle traffic during event. Campers to enter via Katebridge Court entry

Conditions of camping will be displayed on www.archerfalls.com.au

Bookings Essential

To reserve your spot for camping and dinner, please email archerfallsairfield@gmail.com with number of people, your dinner option, and camping equipment (tent, caravan etc).
