For my Olympic 4x4 frame cover, I used the wiring from a wrecked bumper for the Jeep-specific plugs with some deutsch plugs to extend the licence plate light wiring to the spare tyre and to connect two red Narva LED lights as rear foglights. I stuck the lights to the frame cover using 3M double sided tape and plastic window spacers from Bunnings to space them out enough to run the cable semi-invisibly behind them.
