Default WH Service Manual

G'day,

Do you guys know if there are
1) Any Jeep workshop manuals that cover the 3.0 CRD?
2) If there are different manuals for the WH 2005-2006-2007 etc models?

(I did a search on the WH manual. but found nothing in the GC forum).

I just received my ebay CD and received a pdf with the 2005 WK manual only. It covers the petrol engines, but has no section for the diesel engine.
It does however have bits and pieces like the diesel cooling accessories etc.

My Jeep KJ manual has a section on the 2.8 CRD engine and also another whole pdf file for diesel related info.

I'm just not sure if i'm missing any files on this CD i've bought.

Thanks!

No leads on the 3.0L CRD Manual??

Here's the WH/WK Factory Service Manual (minus the Diesel Engine Section)

This may help
found a site that was like the one i found before.
http://www.ecrater.com/product.php?pid=5038871
or search for wk grand cherokee workshop manual.
Free ones arnt that good and some links are dangerous so always hover over the link first to read the site it goes to. If you have to pay its usually legit and not something you may not want to see.

Thanks for the tip-off popeyeroo. The link you posted is for an aftermarket manual? Are they OK?
I've been searching for the official Jeep factory service manual CD, which i have discovered doesn't cover the CRD. Apparently the workshop DVD or the dealer online server has the CRD stuff. Both hard to come by, or very very dear.
I've also had a look at Tech Authority in the US, but am unsure whether the manual they have covers the CRD or not.

For reference, the 2005 WK FSM Engine Section 9 only covers these engines:

ENGINE SECTION 9-1
TABLE OF CONTENTS

ENGINE ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSTICS . . . . . . . . . . .Page 1
ENGINE - 3.7L SERVICE INFORMATION . . . . .Page 1165
ENGINE - 4.7L SERVICE INFORMATION . . . . . Page 1291
ENGINE - 5.7L SERVICE INFORMATION . . . . . Page 1428

Once i get hold of the CRD section i'll find a way of getting out to youse.

Remember the 3.0 CRD is a merc engine so you may want to search for the Merc 3.0 instead and see what comes up.
