Thanks.. I was looking at that path before and decided to stay away.
Instead I am working with my builder on things to be accomplished. My builder is very flexible in terms of what are the things I can do to minimize the cost. Loan wise, I'll definitely get that before anything start. I understand how frustrating it will be if stuck in the middle.

Exactly, being stuck half way through is really frustrating.

When the weather warms up AG, I'll come down and sort your bathroom / laundry out.

Mate that would be awesome.

Here is a couple of pics we managed to get a bit done over the weekend. Before the weekend we had no iron and no doors on.

Regards A

Yerr wood heater, Rustynuts. Plan is to get the eaves done next and then finish the cladding. Hopefully I can have all that done within 3-4 weeks, pretty sure I have the budget to get that far, now that I ma working . Then to do some saving and get the electrician in for one day to run as many cables as we can and remount the meter box on the side of the house I that one day. Goal is to be able to use the front two bedrooms by early Dec. I have a plasterer who does weekend jobs. So maybe in three months I will start the gyprock.

Regards A
