Used Bullyliner. believe it or not its water based and has used car tyre rubber ground into it. Easy to apply with a putty gun, but hard to get a consistent finish. And it goes on so thick you need lots of it. I used 8 lt and really should have used a bit more.

Yet to get it dirty and test the cleaning. But my thinking is brush. like at the manual car wash. probably wear a sponge out in one wash.

Pulled the heads. Hopefully they're repairable. Dropped valve seat. 😑

About a full day all up.. some bolts were an absolute bitch to get at 🤣 bit of a love hate thing with the WJ at the moment but she will live on!
