I got a D44 one, its built well, clean cast, smooth surface and i dropped it a few times from 1mt+ on the hard ground with no problems. Seems very solid.
Ill be painting mine black

Are the D44 for the Rubicon covers the same front and rear?

10/10. had mine on my d30 for a couple of years, taken a couple of hits and no trouble whatsoever. paid 110 i think so that $50 sale would have been awesome. either way better than paying the price for a legit ARB one

Diff covers are not just to look awesome the idea of it mainly for the dana 30 is when the diff has alot of tourqe on it, the center housing can flex allowing the pinion to sping over the crown wheel. So you can get a cheap one but i think like every thing you get what you pay for, the last thing you want is to wear out your diff gears to save 50-100 bucks.

99 tj, ls1, 4l60e auto, np231c/j hybrid, sye, tnt dual triangle long arm, custom 3.5 flex springs, bilstein 5100, custom dash, custom seats, warn bar, warn winch, 35". soon ford 8.8, xj d30 front, 4.56 gears.
