Excellent Idea, Dave if you want to come past and grab a set of them and maybe look at the driving light bars to see if they can fit in there aswell, your welcolme to take them to mock up fitting to the bar like you are with the rear

i could do a run of bars with square lights to mount these LED's

I'll stop by LED unlimiteds soon and pick up a set. to measure up

and yes my front hooks will not be rated, sorry. At least not yet. THey will be tow points. Recovery will be at your own risk, but to let you know they are cut out of 20mm steel. Pretty heavy duty.

Could the tube be slightly larger diameter? Seems a bit out of proportion, even as is it's better looking than 90% of the competition.

IMHO I think the secret to getting the bar looking good is the connection between the upswept wings and the bottom of the flares (AEV nailed it, ARB failed).

I think DBOR bar is a bit fugly because it's modular so you sacrifice a bit of looks for the functionality, they've done a really excellent job with it if modularity is your thing.

ok new product coming soon, as proto is done and fits perfect.

BOLT ON REAR DIFF TRUSS

At the moment this suits D44 JK,

I'm pretty sure it will fit D44 TJ, but will confirm after trial fitment

D35 XJ to follow soon

This is fully bolt on, no welding required. Stronger than diff sleaves and much easier to fit.

Check out the proto fit.

Looking good. Does it provide more strength to the axle? Is there something like this for the front?
