I have not participated in this forum for a long, long time. The degree of involvement from aussie jeepers in this site is now incredible. I never thought I would see a fabrication section in here and I am stoked to see the growth and interest. Whoever on here has encouraged and nurtured the fabrication interest is to be congratulated

Fabricating anything is challenging because you are making components as you go. This pic illustrates my hydro pump bracket marked out on the billet before I machined it the on the vertical mill.

I don't have a CNC sheet metal roller, so I determine my profiles with TiG wire and hard paper card. It achieves the same result:
