Finally wired the 120+dB air horn into the low tone circuit.
Don't use the horn much, but when I do I don't want there to be any confusion.

120Db! Mwahaha that would be awesome. I've thought about doing the same, but adding a switch inside the cabin to be able to add it to the tune when needed (like high beam, but for the horn)

I'm loving the idea of Hornblasters. I think I'd get myself in trouble with one though.

I've just finished installing a GME TX4600 and solid as **** antenna (GME AE4705B). Wiring runs across the passenger roll bar, down the a pillar, through the firewall and direct to the battery (at the moment). Easy enough install, thanks to Bundy1 for the location and idea to get an IP67 rated unit. I'll look into some kind of gear keeper to relocate the mic when in use at another stage. Maybe a retractable keyring that government employees use would suffice for now.

And a sticker to top it all off

You won't be disappointed with the UHF. It's a great radio.

Default What have you done to your JK this week?

I have my engel on the drivers side. No need for slide as its easy to reach in, even with the 35's and 4.5" lift.

Might be a silly question, but where did you get the sticker from ?

Default A couple of small changes

Added 12V outlets in the back on the frame for the shelf I built. Wiring straight to battery through firewall on left side and put an inline fuse in the loom for protection.

Haven't cleaned engine yet after the last trip on Sunday.

relocated the speaker for the UHF

Fitted an ultra-gauge temporary location at the moment, still setting up the menus but happy with what seems to work so far. You can see some functions are not supported like L/Km reading 999.
