Found some mud on the way home the other day.

Also featured is my 10 minute scrap metal bonnet latch after mine broke. Someone sponsor my jeep and send me some aftermarket ones please haha.

Way to go. Keep it simple.
Unless I am establishing a base camp, this is all I do.
I go out for the scenery, fishing, driving etc, not dragging the trailer, bashing pegs in etc.
Believe it or not, the wife and kids prefer this to taking the camper as well. In the wifes case , it's more about fuel economy as well.

It was just me, so didn't need anymore, 5 mins to setup and a couple more than that to pack it away

Cheers
Steve

2.5" lift done. Now time to start looking at new rims and tyres.

I'm jealous, I wish my wife was the same. I'd prefer to get out with a swag (having been in the military for years I'm used to sleeping rough) but she just calls them coffins and refuses to sleep in one.

It's a shame because sometimes I hate having to tow a camper trailer everywhere. Especially when we live around the corner from the Watagans where it's a 5 minute drive to a bush campsite.

So for me a quick camp either means I buy a roof top tent or a decent ground tent. I don't want a rooftop tent because I love being able to take the hardtop off quickly. So now I have to find a decent sized tent that's quick to pop up.
