Good news so far.
Been through engineering where every external light was checked for the E codes and bolts in the drivetrain for the correct size and grade etc.
All welds inspected and the list goes on.
Braking setup was road tested as well and it far exceeded the brake force and g-force requirements along with the fade test.
The up shot is no changes needed at all!
This morning went for a EPA noise compliance test and passed that easily too.
Next is a roadworthy certification and booked an inspection at Vicroads, at our local registration branch, in 2 weeks time.

Don't think I can get away with valuing it less than that to bring the stamp duty down which is the biggest part of the cost.
Have to bring receipts for the Original Willys purchase and that of the donor Grand Cherokee to show where the engine came from etc. and to prove its identity.
