Fitted up the Adventure Kings awning today.... Super simple install - cant wait to test it out *thumbs up*

Certainly hard to go past the price of the adventure kings ones from 4wd supercentre. Looking forward to using father's day as an excuse to drag everyone out somewhere to set it up later today and have a proper look-see at it.

Came with the standard crappy little metal tent pegs, so at some stage in the near future I'll be stopping in at BCF or Getaway Outdoors for some better replacements.

I'm happy with it.. Was quick and easy to set up and pack away by myself. I do think it needs another two guy ropes though so will add those along with some better pegs. For the price though, big thumbs up from me (and my kids haha)

On another note: plastidip was a failure. Applied it to the jeep badge on the bonnet and the big chrome strips down the doors. Wasn't happy with the edges on any of them when I pulled the tape up, got a few little rips which just made it look messy so peeled the whole lot off. Would be fine if you used a razor to trim before pulling the tape but then I'm worried about scratching the paint and don't think it's worth the risk. I'll just live with the chrome for now
