Fingers crossed this will solve the rough idling and stalling!
Worked 9:30pm til 2:45am last night to finish the head.. without a bench or parts washer. Looking forward to get it fitted tomorrow!

Unwrapped my Tmax 12T last night. Surprising it looks pretty good. What the internals are like I am not going to know until it gets a decent test. As for the sealing of electrical bits they seem pretty good, actually a lot better than what people have said about other economical winch options.

Regards A

New oil, new filter (K&N. thought i would try their oil filters) New 8mm silicone leads(Mopar), new plugs(Champion RC12LYC), new air filter (FRAM), new heater tap, new HID Headlight upgrade kit (leaving it to last as the headlight globes look like a mission to get too. never changed them before), new Interior light (LED) New Aircon gas, new Dizzy cap and rotor button, greased all points and am now checking the bushes etc before the lift kit gets ordered.

Also, does anyone know what the largest battery is that will fit in the factory spot. The one that is in mine says "1998 civic" on it, and it goes flat pretty quick with the doors open etc. Im going to go an Oddessy or similar gel cell high capacity (like i have in the GU Patrol ute. 1600cca, 210 AH ultra low discharge capacity, all in the same space as a N70ZZ. $600+ though)

Lol. they are only the 35w versions, and in the 4300k colour (yellowish). I am also going to adjust them to not blind other drivers, but honestly, the only night driving i will be doing is cross country Northern WA, so very rare to see anyone at all. Newman is a 5minute drive from one side to the other (8000 people population approx).
The standard lights are so dull, and i had heard bad stories about fitting 90/130w style globes in regards to burning out the headlight switch.
I will be doing all i can to make them as un-offencive to other drivers as possible

Should be ok, the blue/purple ones are bloody annoying and obvious.
I am not making them anymore but the headlight loom upgrade that I was making fixed all the issues with the headlights and kept it legal, I am still running the stock 60/55's and the headlights are great, now, mine used to awfully yellow and dull so I thought I would pull the globes and fit larger ones, ie 130/90's and guess what? They already were!!!!

I know, and while i do live in a small country town, i still like to keep my cars as unattractive to the fuzz as possible. so any mods i do i try to keep them as close to legal, or at least not noticeable.
