Its all pretty thick galvanised tube
The gutter mounts i made. Will post a pic when they are finished.
I have a pipe bender at home. They are pretty cheap and you can never have too many tools

what type of pipe bender do you have ? and where did you get it from there were some in total tools about a month ago for a sale but i dont know if they still have them

nothing done to the XJ... Just my bank account today.

Hi-tech headers
Fan clutch
water pump
belts
welsh plugs
fluids
relocate washer bottle bits

Also Have a snorkel and diff breathers sitting there waiting...

After my dealings with Duane at Hi-tech I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone purely from their customer service. Talked me through the install plus told me the couple of bits that would trip people up. The fact the product is reasonable too helps.
