Exactly the same configuration and exactly the same markings on the lens - if you look closely. Even the additional side vertical LEDS are the same - one thin one thick. Makes me slightly suspicious that they are just rebranding maybe? $410 pair vs $230 pair. But I may be missing something?
And if you have a look at the JW Speaker Headlights for $1500 a pair they look exactly the same as the ebay ones as well.

It's possible they are re-branded, everything is these days, but the difference is the Stedi ones come with a warranty and a return policy. That's something you aren't going to get from the majority of the ebay headlights.

They could also be out of the same factory, but the cheaper ebay ones might have failed the initial QA the more expensive ones passed.

Or maybe, they are all the same. No way to tell without buying a set of each.

I've been left with a bad taste in my mouth with shite from eBay before and it's really made me think twice about things.

There's hundreds of pairs of lights on eBay that look very similar but the quality of them will be in the LED's and in the projectors used.

I went with the STEDI lights because the reviews on their website are outstanding, they are based in Australia, offer a 5 year no hassle warranty and they were brilliant to talk to over the phone.

I've decided that spending a little more and getting it right is now how I will continue to do everything in my life. Creates less waste from all the throw-away cheap pieces of crap and generally proves you get what you pay for

I certainly get all your points folks, and I agree. Just that these did look so similar, unlike any of the other cheapies on ebay. As you have, I'll still go with the Stedi's or other branded ones just because I have more faith in them.

I fitted mine this morning and are very happy with them, mind you, I haven't driven it at night yet obviously.

Stu, I ended up going the same path as you and wired the DRL's to the parking lights. The hardest part was trying to find somewhere to mount the anti flicker modules. There's not a great deal of room behind there.

Jamie, I pushed them down below the frame for the lights and cable-tied them to the frame. They get hot so they need to be out of the way of anything that could melt and cause you problems

I mounted the drivers side low, near the indicators in the grill and the passenger side one high near the washer bottle.
