It isn't going to be good for the electrics overall, I'd say you'll need to eliminate problems and hopefully it will resolve itself.

Pcm fuse was playing up, but now it's still missing just not as bad. Thinking when coil melted it might have damaged either plug for cylinders 1 or 2

Update, plugs 2, 3 and 5 had tips melted off, compression is good with 168 to 158 on 5 of them and no 3 has 138.
Mech checked out coil and plugs spark and found 1 and 6 aren't sparking, even with the old meltdown coil pack.
Code p1389 now comes up which apparently is - no ASD relay output voltage at PCM, what ever that means.

Ok, so have again replaced the coil pack and the missing is gone BUT the issue of stalling at low revs and running"rough" once warm and especially in gear is still there.
If I could burn it I would, at moment.

Well replaced crank sensors AGAIN, that fixed it for about 95% of the time. Then they re-insulated wire loom behind the block and after a few drives, one with van attached .................. I'm cautiously optimistic.
That's all I'm game to say for now, because every time I've said it's fixed it isn't LOL
