Seriously FCA don't seem to be able to man up to major F ups like "I made a mistake - i bought a Jeep" and "Destroy my Jeep"... so IMHO your up against it. As others have said get legal advice document EVERYTHING and prepared for a long and frustrating battle.

Summary - FCA are only interested in your money.

I have a lawyer who has done great work for me in the past. She scares me a little

I'll give FCA a chance before going in guns blazing. JK is going into Cricks on Thursday for its assessment.

Bonus - I work in media relations and if I have to get coverage, I know how to get it. But yes, I'll give them a fair chance first. That's only reasonable.

Video has been made, though.

Yep even if things turn to poop and you have to get legal - not giving them a chance wouldn't be a clever move.

Still a mate went through the same hell with a squeezel and although they eventually came good they still took forever to make any offer let alone fix it. IIRC six months of fighting.....

It better not be six months of fighting - single dad. Kids to haul around, need car to get to work, low funds, only car. Yeah, not going to happen.
