HPF in dandy as above did mine some 30000 ks ago, JK 2.8 07 auto. I did it because the larger tyres slowed it down. Install an exhaust temp gauge beforehand so you can see what is going on because your EGT will get a little hotter.
No EGR, a bit more boost, and a bit more fuel is what the tune does.
Also get an OBD scanner like a scangauge 2..keep an eye on coolant temp.( I have had no dramas here.)
