I swapped mine in 1 minute when I dropped the diff. Just used the right socket to punch the old one out and the right socket to punch the new one in. But dropping the diff takes time. Still quicker than when I changed it while on the car the time before that and all the cursing and skin losing [emoji38]

Will be doing it myself.
Last time I dropped the diff at home & cut out the old ones & pressed the new ones in with a "G" clamp & socket.
Might make it easy on myself this time & visit dear old dad, he has a workshop at his house with a lathe, milling machine & a couple of hydraulic/pneumatic presses.

Make sure you take a few photos and do a write-up on the process. I'd be interested to see it so I can decide I could do mine or not.

If there aren't any, are the Aussie one's as good?

Rubber vs Polyurathane mounts.
Has the USA ones got case history greater than 100,000klm yet?
Cant help thinking the rubber mounts for the front sway bars out perform the polyurethane bushes.
Just replaced mine with rubber so will look up this thread in another 100,000 if I still have the jeep at 300,000 klm.
