Order them yourself from the US. http://www.rockauto.com/ for example.

Just read a review on the WH CRD, which said it comes standard with a full set of skid plates, but didn't mention if it was a Laredo or LTD, does anyone know if skids were standard on any particular model of WH?

Only the Laredo comes with bash plates jeep reckons if you sent the ex $10k on the LTD you only use it has towing or touring vehicle
I have had 2 WH's LTD and Laredo, when we traded the Laredo I took the bash plates do except the fuel to hard

If it's like everything else with the WH the first version would have had them as standard but as the years pass they become options to keep the price down.
I do know that my 2006 Limited "Navigator" edition had 3.5 ton tow package, factory skid plates & sat nav as stadard. The bash plates consists of 3 metal guards, sump, transfer case & fuel tank.
There is a plastic transmission cover (not guard) that is best removed as it can hide common problems like t/fluid leaking from the electrical plug on the side of the auto. It's a simple fix if you know its leaking but as you cant check the t/fluid level (no dip stick) you won't know how much fluid is left in the transmission.
If you can get the QDII.

Thanks for that. From what I've been able to gather, all limiteds and CRD's (limited or Laredo) had quadra-drive 2, not bad considering a mate just bough a MY14 limited and it came with neither bash plates or quadra drive.
