MY14 uConnect latest and 'greatest'?

So I've picked up myself a MY14 Jeep GC Ltd and have been reading all the various forums around the different levels of uConnect.

I'm trying to find out what is the actual latest that is appropriate for an Australian MY14.
(I'm not sure how to confirm if it is uConnect 8.4AN RG4 or uConnect 8.4N RJ4)

The main update I'm hoping to get is some Siri integration which appears to have come in around V16 - but don't know if it's appropriate for a MY14.

I've also noticed the Auto Climate doesn't seem to hold a good temp, so not sure if it's an issue in the HVAC, or just me getting used to the settings/car.

Is anyone able to tell me:
1) How to confirm uConnect type 8.4AN v's 8.4N, RG4 or RJ4 ?
2) Appropriate MY14 uConnect version update for Siri integration
3) Where the appropriate uConnect can be downloaded (I've seen Sox's files - but not sure if the MiddleEast files are appropriate for Aust MY14's)
4) Are the V17 updates appropriate? I can't imagine having to leave the car idling for 1 hour whilst it updates.

It looks like the My14 never got a V16 of uConnect, but the latest V17.43.01 appears to be for the MY14 http://www.wk2jeeps.com/tsb/tsb_wk2_0803518.pdf

And appears to have the Siri integration
"User can pair iPhone with Uconnect via Bluetooth and talk to SiriT through Uconnect."

Now ... just how to actually get the software to try it. The uConnect website says nothing for my VIN.

The MY14s got Siri with V16.13.13. That is what is currently installed on our WK2 and Siri gets used a lot.

ETA: The Middle East folder files are fine for Aust. 8.4AN RJ4

I’m not sure what version of unconnect I have but if it helps, I’ve been able to talk to Siri though unconnect as long as I can remember

Thanks for the confirmation (Didn't see it listed on the TSBs).

Any suggestions where to get the update file? I just tried SOX's files and it's not listed in there (only MY15 versions).

Yes, it's not there. I got it and upgraded ours when it was available on the Mopar driveuconnect site. I've still got the ISO file so I'll look at uploading it to one of our servers and send you the address to download it. I'll get back to you later this evening.
