Well good, im on point in that area then! Great to hear.
Not enough up travel for my liking! less than 2" between lower/upper bump stops while running 100kmh on crappy roads, i get heavy bottoming out.
Even dropping out of steep driveways, both front wheels at the same time, feels like its hitting too firm...

The issues i had on the Cape York trip was first a snapped front end link. Then continued to drive for a few 1000kms, then snapped that stupid tie rod adjusting sleeve [factory tie rod], forced to weld it to continue. Then uni's popping caps!

Anyone solve this with higher rated springs front and rear?

I had the synergy springs that came with the rest of the kit.
they completely sagged at the front, i never realised how badly until i changed them (CRD Auto, Arb bar, and warn winch)

Called up Stu at Murchison Products and he knew exactly what springs I would need just by telling him what I had on the Jeep. It's sitting and riding perfectly now
