i think we need to know what people do for jobs - expertise in areas/free time/abuse office phone.etc :P
agreed that more than 1 person needs to do stuff... can imagine some of those jobs like the yarn one would take a bit.

No changes to moderators at the moment, this is more to do with expanding the other areas of Ausjeep.

The main idea of this is to take a bit of the pressure off JB, to help and develop AJOR into a full community based BB and not just one guy trying to hold us all together.

The BB has offered so many of us new freindships and tech support. I c this as the community that JB has helped to make have more control in what is going on.

Remember that AJOR is not just a BB it is a Jeeping community, if it was localised it would be called a club. SO basiclly the idea it to try and start organising it more like club. JB is still president but not taking on ALL the roles, and the best way to fill these roles is to have them elected by the community.

I don't think thats the issue JB, I am thinking that ppl need time to 'think' about it thats all.
