I finished up a couple projects this week. One was customizing the rear cargo area and the other was installing my front runner roof rails in the rain gutter part of the roof. I made a couple videos if anyone is interested. https://youtu.be/NOUxpn7G8CM https://youtu.be/HCCAg5M-Io8

For purely cosmetic reasons and possibly because I am running out of mods, I replaced the shift knobs with the Drake/DV8 aluminium knobs and got a black aluminium gear surround to round it all off.

You don't need to use plyers, straps, breaking them or extreme force to get the knobs off (sic) - just put the transfer case in N or 4L and then pull hard on the knob while wiggling it back & forth and for the gearbox, use a screwdriver to lift the 4 tabs that hold it onto the shaft. It took me 10 minutes all up including moving the Jeep so I could get in the passenger side.

I found a bracket on Gumtree that mounts the ARB compressor between the brake booster and the engine, on the bolts below that weird bracket that nothing is attached to on the RHD models. I installed it this weekend with a homemade heatshield:

I really have to commend ARB for making the installation process very easy, mostly plug-and-play, and having clear and concise instructions - it's been the only install so far that I can honestly say was fun.

This is a trick spot the US guys have found in behind rear lights.

I recently modded the hood on my JKU Rubicon [emoji51]

My Foxwing folded over the top of the car in a big wind gust (I was about to pull it down when this happened, boom says they were ~50km gusts) and sent one of the poles over the car and into the hood. Pretty lucky it hit the jeep and not a person given the damage to the hood. It has actually creased the hood on the front folded edge which should be one of the most solid parts of the hood.
