To answer a few questions.

Tim, I'll get some pics over the weekend if I remember but basically the main arms are bolted to the frame rails and the other mount runs along the pinch seam.

Fisher, no idea on price, it was over 2 years ago, in saying that I'm a tight bastard so it wouldn't have been much. Certainly way cheaper than buying.

And JZP, the bender was one of those bow and arrow style benders, I dont have any pics but here's one I found on the net

Steve, those look great. I'm also interested in how you fixed them underneath (particularly to the pinch seam). did you bolt through the pinch seam and into the rail directly (the RHS) or have you welded some tabs into position for that mounting?
