Hi Marty, I had Phil at Shents do the install of the Uneek rack. Not sure what you meant by getting the factory one off. It took Phil and his mechanic about 2 hours to install the rack. So by yourself at home it might take double and a few more beers. They (sensibly) ordered the optional chassis brackets which was good as I am running an ORFAB rear steel bar, and as it is not full width, it was not possible to mount the rear hoop to the rear bar, so the bracket was necessary in my case. The guys had to insert longer bolts around the windscreen as I am running an AEV snorkel and light brackets on the pillars. But all in all, a pretty straight forward installation.
