Auto Rubicon is a great off road drive. There will be likely several Sport/Overland models with lockers installed that will have similar offroad prowess as the Rubicon but possibly different gearing and front axle type (as well as the sway bar disconnect system, which is a great asset, but ultimately not necessary)
The one in the ad you posted looks good. I have concerns about rolling 35" tyres on a 4" lift if it isn't engineered - it might create a registration issue in your state. Also if its already done one engine and now has a new engine, I'd like to see a full service history before moving forward. The diesel is a good engine, though I have found that the exhaust crossover is a little exposed under the car and looks prone to some off road damage.
If they had've made a diesel rubicon I'd have bought one myself.
