About fuel Eco when our 2.8 auto was new it was 7-8 ltrs per 100 as more modes ,lift bash plate etc they do get heavier .I have seen alot of people put bigger tyres on any vehicle and not get speedo recalbrarated so they will be out any where from 3% to 15% out on what they really get.we still average 10ltrs per 100 wit ours with aircon on and sitting 100/110kph.with aircon off and My wife driving she gets 9ltrs per 100 on open road she gets it down to 8's again I don't.lol with city driving you have to look T ltrs per hr rather than ltrs per klm as your engine hrs are high compariared to the klms.eg open road average 90to 95 klms per hr of driving.city any where from 2 klm to 30 klm per hr of driving so it is very hard to get any type of vehicle to get great city economy.the money you out lay sometimes will take years before they pay for them selves .but in saying that exhausts ,throttle Bodies and chips are about the best modes for fuel economy.Besides driving tecnic as my wife constantly shows me.lol our speedo was done by jeep when I put on245/75/16 mud terrain coopers .we haven't done any thing to it to get better eco.everything is still the same .I will do exhaust and chip it one day.

Put my number here.

2007 CRD 2.8, sydney inner west area, daily drive 25km for about 55 mins. 14l/100km.

Planned clean the MAP sensor but never have time (or too lazy). Have see some smoke when engine reachs 2000 rpm, I guess it may be the reason of the high eco

The jeep dealer in Toowoomba did mine.Armstrongs .they told me Thier are codes in the computer already for different tyre size but not for 245/75's so they set it up with GPS while driving it and they made the changes to suit so speedo accurate again..it was 10% out with the tyre change

I had a dealership do a calibration for 245/75s in Perth, still reads about 2% under WRT GPS. I always set the cruise and distance via GPS now. For fuel figures with the chip upgrade I'll need some full to empty trips. The data on the computer is better but I know its never been accurate. I know its running better on home to work as I pay at the pump but as yet I haven't done calcs wrt distance.

Another tank through on the Green Diesel Engineering TCM, and this one was much better than the test grouping of previous tanks:

Average Suburban Cycle economy for the previous 9 tanks: 12.416L/100kms

This latest tank returned 11.69L/100kms on the same suburban cycle, about a 5.8% improvement on the average, and significantly below the previous lowest of that test group.

I used less 'rat-run' roads and more roads that allow more lockup time to be achieved. So I guess there is a little driving style modification that needs to bring out the best in this TCM (in the city).
