Default cherokee and YJ to the rescue

Howdy folks
I found this while trolling the internet. Another semi trailer rescue in the snow but it took two jeeps this time (and a Landy but I think the jeeps just put him in there so the truck wouldn't hit the jeep!)

Went to Straddie today. Late in the arvo, tide coming in fast, I DIDNT snatch a Pajero out of the super soft sand exiting the beach.

I say didn't cause the wife took a video but accidentally deleted it.... So, it didn't happen....

Sitting up on the sand dune watching was a crowd. 2 landcruisers, a Hilux and a Patrol. I could hear them giggling and 1 clown saying "No way he pulls that out of there. Too soft. Bet they both get stuck and we laugh our arses off"......

Anyway, we are all home and out but it still didn't happen. No vid.no pics. There was also no sound from the sand dune as we unhitched the strap for the snatch that didn't happen...

Good on you Greg, guess the clowns on the sandbank didn't want to help the poor block stuck.

Well, he was the bloke I went with but no, none of the Tuskan Raiders in the sand dunes offered any type of assistance. Just snide remarks and giggle... As expected I guess....

This assist also did not happen as I have no footage.

Bloke from Peru and his girlfriend got stuck on Bribie beach access road ( about 300 meters in ) Yip he was in a Nissan Murano and he was trying his heart out to get unstuck himself. The bonnet was that hot that one could not touch it to help push.

All the other vehicles simply drove past them and laughed and took pics and and and …….

So a quick snatch and a " Vamos a la playa " and they were on their way to enjoy a great day on the beach at Bribie.

Yeah they did listen and only drove to the car park before the beach entrance track.

As luck would have it on my return off the beach some of the cars that drove past and laughed at the bloke from Peru were stuck at the exit and franticly digging and max tracking it to get out.

I nodded and smiled as I idled by ……….
