Default driveline vibrations. help?

So I've done my SYE and took my skid pan spacers out and started getting some vibrations at around 50 and 70kph. I've since put them back in until I can figure it out and it drives fine with them in.
I thought fitting the SYE allowed you to take these out. Any ideas?
Running 3 inch dobinson springs and 1&1/4 inch body in 97 auto if helps. Thanks.

did you fit a double cardan driveshaft? if so did you set the pinion angle inline with the driveshaft?

Yes to double carbon shaft but haven't done pinion angles yet. Have solid bottom arms and still waiting on adjustable uppers so, pinion angle was going to be my next attempt. Think that will fix it?

if the pinion angle is noticeably out then more than likely yes, otherwise is it a second hand driveshaft and possible a u-joint is bad or driveshaft not balanced? are the u-joints seated correctly in the pinion and t-case yokes?
*edit* just re-read original post and sounds like it's not u-joint or balancing problem, sounds like it's probably a driveshaft angle problem?

Yeah everything shaft wise was brand new when I did it all. I'll do the angles and go from there. Thanks!
