Oops sorry I missed this. No I haven't got them yet, kept having trouble with the checkout process on that site.
But I'll have another shoot later today, thanks for reminding me.
I saw very similar looks ones on a 200 series LC which had about ~20mm width. If they're from the same factory, they might have a similar width, which would be enough to make me happy.

Dave (Valpacer) has flex flares (not sure where from, but it's all the same.), which look appropriate on his beast.

I tried them on mine and found it a pain/impossible to get them to sit nice with the shape of the WH arches, they either want to run straight around the curves, or continue curving on the straight sections.
They would work fine, just would look a bit tacky after a while, especially on the rear where you need a section on the door itself, which will never line-up nicely with the one on the panel.

The other issue with some brands is that they attach underneath to the pinch-weld. I already rub on the pinchweld occasionally and have flattened some sections, so they really need to be glued/taped to the outside of the panel itself.

The chrome ones below are supposed to attach to the pinchweld too.
But if they look like they'll work, I'd trim the inside endge and attach them to the panel with trim tape.

I already have rubber flexy flares to be legal. But I don't like them so I'm looking for alternatives like a lot of people.

Looking at these http://maxchrome.fr/index.php?id_pro...duct&id_lang=1

Most of our wheel arch trims run from bumper to the sill and are about 1.3/8' up to 2in wide 3.5 cm to 4.5 cm.

Oh cool, have you already ordered them?
Looking forward to hearing hey they go.

I decided not to try my luck with the other ones coz I didn't want to fart around painting over the chrome (just had a new baby so time is limited.).
But those coming in black is nice.

I'm just still suspicious about how much coverage you'll get. So give us plenty of photos

Do you still have enough arch pinchweld to clip them too, or will you tape them?
I've rolled (or already damaged) most of mine to clear the tyres.
