I would notify The dealer and FCA straight away.! My 2010 WH Diesel TC case electronics was totally stuffed by transfer case world wide safety recall software update.Had to take FCA to court because they stuffed me around for months.

Well first things first, rummaged through the shed to find the battery load tester, shows the 800CCA battery has about 100CCA, so I will change that first.
If still no good it will be off to the stealer.
But I know with the Commander, when the battery was knackered, the electronics did weird things. The wife reminded me.

I will keep you all posted.

Well it looks like a trip to the dealers when I get home, the low voltage related alarms have gone, but U0403, U0101 and U11C3 are still active after clearing them.
So it looks like a transfer case TCM fault.

I gave them a ring transfer case control module $220 + postage, will see what the dealer comes up with on Tuesday, thanks for the heads up. I know where to go if the dealer wants a stupid price.

You will probably get charged that much by the dealer for them to plug into it just to read the codes................
