Log onto the Superchips forum and tell them your problem. I had to upload my 2010 Rubi's details to them. Their technicians then changed a few things to work with my JK and then sent me a email with a link to download my update.
Since then it all works! Where in Perth are you?

Looks like its a problem with the latest firmware upgrade from superchips, lucky for me I reprogrammed the JK before I started to upgrade my flashpaq

Tried upgrading today the upgrade program went through to the end but the port had timed out on the flashpaq, tried again, the software locked up, tried again the software locked up, tried again & now it wont recognise my flashpaq in the upgrade software, my next step is reboot the computer & give it another go
I've had my flashpaq for about 8 months & have never had an issue up until now.
I would advise any one else out there with one of these units to hold out on updating theirs until this issue is sorted out

Finally got it working again after a lot of mucking about, some how the flashpaq had been temporarily disabled by the update program, at least that was the error that kept coming up when I could eventually reconnect to it.
had to reboot the computer, uninstall the update program, rebooted the computer, reinstalled the update program, logged back in & connected the flashpaq, flashpaq connected & upgraded with out any more issues, all good now, looks like the new upgrade is finicky how its run.
make sure you dont have any other programs running in the back ground when you upgrade firmware & I think you should be ok

The only thing I could find on the can port time out error was on firewall & security issues, in this case that wasn't the issue

Went out & reprogrammed the Jeep with the new firmware program, all good

Welcome to the unhappy with Flaskpac club...... some seem to work and others are just a F@#$%^ nightmare.

Of course it ALWAYS your computer..... even if its three or four different ones in sheer desperation.

Those who can get it to work seem satisfied, for the rest of us its a dead loss.

Support is very patchy.
