Default 2.7crd stall after 10 minutes drive

the car started easy in the morning, i drove it to work and 10 minutes later it stall on the highway and start straight after just with the rolling movement, the mil came on(P0190),i was able to get to work without problem. after work it started easy as well, and 10 minutes later on the highway it stall but totally due to traffic jam(got stuck on the right lane for 5 minutes) then it started again, then stall again. then started and i was able to drive home(it did stall one more time in a round about).i don't really know what is it.
i know P0190 is the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor A Circuit. any help.
what voltage should a get on the fuel rail pressure sensor plug?
this is my daily driver, i really need it...(taking the gf car tomorrow)
thanks.

Your rail pressure sensor (located on the back of the fuel rail) may be going bad or one or more of your injectors are bad. Are you getting close to claimed fuel economy eg 8.4l/100 on the freeway?

Can you read the rail pressure with WJdiag Pro?

If not, I'm not busy tonight and can swing by with my OBD adaptor (if you are who I think you are).

No problems. You're only about 15 minutes away, so let me know how you go.

Hot milk, honey & rum may help. If it doesn't cure the cold, drink more of it and you won't care.
