It's non-quadralift but higher than standard.

OK, I wasn't aware the factory offers a lift over standard height.

Might be late.. but then again,

Bought my lift kit off ebay for our 2006 JGC crd for around $800.
Rear is so easy to change, front is a tad fiddly as you have to drop the brake calipers etc.
Recommend having 2 sets of coil compressors, you also need a car stand.
I did the rear and front passengers one day, in about 4 hours, and the drivers side the next day in about 3. Just taking my time.........

I went with a 2" OME lift, super happy with it, put 275/55/R20 BFG KO2 which gave me a little more height.
Prefer 18" rims and will change but this has worked so far and I haven't been stopped by anything yet.
I think the lift was around 2K can't remember exactly.

Default Has anyone tried the US Rough Country lift kit?

Hi all,

New to the forum and new to Jeep having recently bought a 2014 GC 3.6 Limited and loving it. Much prefer it to the TDV6 LR3 I had before.

I was wondering if anyone has tried the Rough Country lift kit from the US that looks like it uses spacers to make the stock suspension sit higher. I'm sceptical of this as a solution but wanted to ask given the price US$160 (not landed).

Any info would be much appreciated.

I am not 100% sure on this, but I think spacer lift kits are illegal in Australia.
It would be worth checking before purchasing.
Someone on the forum will know for sure.

Thanks 08crd, now that you mention it that makes a lot of sense. Hence why they're not available over here.

Has anyone used the ironman kit?
