Pressure increases after you switch off so it sounds like you might still have an original radiator with the plastic tanks. As they age they leak past the O rings between the tank and the core. There is no way it should ever come out of the overflow unless you fill it up past the full line which is about a 1/3 down from the top or it has boiled.

Thanks Gojeep,

I checked everything and it is ok. If anything the coolant is at the add level. But it does have a plastic tank.

If it had boiled wouldn't the temp gauge have moved? The temp was sitting under 100, which is normal for the car. The oil pressure was just over 3.

It hasn't leaked again, so go figure? I will keep an eye on it though.

No it was definately from the jeep, cause in true Wen style, I crawled under and you could see it dripping down the bash plate.
