I didn't know that dead bolts, solid entry doors and security screens were illegal.
How is a locked up gun going to protect your family when you are not home?
And if you are unlucky to be at home and are suprised by a violent home invasion, yet still be able to get to your gun in order to protect yourself, then I'm guessing your weapon hasn't been securely locked away as it should.

Really???
So you are prepared to play scissors, paper, rock with whatever weapon you happen to be carrying, hoping yours beats the other persons.
Respect is what we all need to be armed with. Respect for ourselves, others and their property.

My insomnia is running rampant these days and I find that reloading at 2am or stripping down and reassembling my firearms is a great way to unwind at that time of the morning! My tin foil hat sometimes get a bit warm this time of year, but, it's all good, I eventually get my 15 minutes of sleep right before I have to drive to work after 1/2 a bottle of scotch :P
Honestly, I'm more worried about the bad / disqualified / drunk drivers these days than other shooters.

depending on the type of heavy door it can be classes as illegal reinforced door frame with multiple dead locks or door bars are also not on apparently the post was for you interest and a nudge to perhaps get you to look it up....the Anti bike/Anti terrorism laws changed plenty of things that one could do around ones home.
those that go for the American view would probably have a firearm read for use.....me i would be more interested in getting out of the house even with fifteen year+ of martial arts training i am under no illusions what knife(let alone gun wielding ones)wielding Perps could do, your better off with security camera's for an early warning

They (gov) will ban the cable barrier after they have put 500 million dollars worth into the roads around this country then they will spend another 2 billion removing it and installing a new system but only after they spend 10 million on studies , but you still cant drive your jeep doorless cause you might get hurt
