As far as mods go this really adds nothing to the value. I'd suggest removing any items you can easily and sell those separately.
Try and market it more as stock with a lift but don't say 3" lift
This way someone looking for those mods will think yes that's a win for me and others looking for stock won't be thinking this things modded and illegal.

2.5" isn't legal either without engineering. Just because they are sold by Jeep specialists doesn't make them legal. 75mm total lift comprising 50mm (2") suspension plus 25mm (1") Tyre is what is Legal.

You and I know it drives great but the average buyer is possibly quite hesitant because of the mods.

Again I blame 4WD Action. It's not a Nissan or Toyota and it's already built so there is nothing to work on

I'm in the market for a JK so i'll give my opinion.

I've seen your car (i've added every 3.6 unlimited auto for under 35k to my watch list) on carsales.

Price is about right, it looks like the only ones that have sold in the past month or so have been mid 20's for low to medium kms.

Only reasons I haven't called you with an offer is I know i'd have hassles putting it back to stock for the NSW rego transfer + Cairns is far enough way that i'd probably hate life before I got back to Sydney.

Mate last time I was up there on a plane and I was sick of travelling by the time I got back.

Good luck with sale, I don't think it will be long now before someone from Brisbane makes the trek up to buy it.

The guy that bought my TJ flew from Brisbane to Newcastle and drove it back. I thought he'd hate it after getting 2 hours up the road (which was my limit before needing to get out). He rang me he next day to tell me he loved every minute of it.

I honestly think you would get away with a 2.5" here without a word being said. Tyres are easy, there is always someone on this forum with a set of stockys laying around you could borrow. A set of 5 go for around $100 here anyway.
