Front and rear recovery points, (which usually leads to you buying bars), recovery gear, decent first aid kit, as Snort said, matching A/T's, and UHF.
A swaybar disconnect kit (if not already installed) will help immensely with front end articulation when wheeling.
Of course how far you want to go depends on your needs/wants, how mechanically adept you are and budget....4 1/2 lift, 37's, dana 60's.... Jeep does stand for "Just Empty Every Pocket" and the amount you can spend is unlimited. Have a look at some of the cool build threads on here.
I think JK's are like Lego for adults with all the bits you can add, change or take off, unless stock there are generally no 2 alike, and they are never "finished".
The search function on here is awesome for ideas, as most questions have already been thought about or done by other members on here, most of the time with photos.
If your new to wheeling then probably the most important thing is to first go out with experieced people or do some driver training (you could join MJOC, if you're that way inclined)as i I believe they have regular training and newcomer days. Youll also find like minded Jeepers. Not a great idea to go out by yourself if not experieced and prepared.
Congrats on the purchase, hope to see you on the trails some time (although work, wife, house reno's and bub dictate time allocation)😁
