I think I'll actually have to do the new KJ's ones as well, I had a look when I was installing the lift, and they are 8 Years old, and they look like it. Fair bit of crush in them.
I have made a press from some 2 big post saddles ( the ones you use at the bottom of posts to cement into the ground.) a lump of 100x100 hard wood as a base and a 6 ton hydralic jack. Works a treat, ive used it to push out and install all the rear bushes as well.
In the last ones you see me push out and remove an upper control arm bushing, and then re-install it. Took aboot 1 min really. I used a BIG socket as a removal die, then I made a jig for pressing in the bushing ( so as not to damage the rubber)
