Not true all warranty work is paid for. A good dealer will make the most of recall work as it brings in potential clients. Every time a recall was issued I loved it because it was free advertising and a chance to show off our service department.

yeah, i fibbed a bit. the dealers do get paid, but not what the job is worth. chrysler put a price on the job which is substantially under the amount the job would normally be priced out at. so if you go to a busy dealer, the last thing he wants is to have to do warranty work or perform a tsb when he could be doing more profitable work.

Brake line flush should be done every 12 months, as for the injector clean, for the $100 I would be asking exactly what are they going to be doing. Myself I would not be paying that. I removed my own injectors and got them cleaned $25 a piece including new o'rings. PS there should be no crap in the fuel lines because the fuel filter is suppose to remove that....
(my two cents worth)

JK 3.8 petrol engine is known to have carbon buildup inside. so cleaning it isn't so bad idea. I used to get spark knock until i put 2 bottles of Techeron5000 to one tank, it pretty much remove the spark knock at the time. it's been almost 6000K since I did that, the spark knock is slowly creeping back, probably time to put another 2 bottles in.
